• General

    - Portsmouth Raceway Park does not accept credit/debit cards at the gates or concessions. There is no ATM on site. Only cash will be accepted. Please plan accordingly.
    - You will receive ONE armband for the entire event. Do NOT take it off. If you lose it, you will have to purchase another one.

  • Camping

    - Camping Registration begins on Sunday, October 9, 2022 at 9:00 AM EST.
    - Primitive Camping is $40 for the week of the DTWC.
    - Please print the Camping Agreement: CLICK HERE and have it filled out to make Camping Registration run smoothly.
    - ATVs are NOT permitted in the campground. Golf carts only in the campground.
    - Speed limit is 5 MPH in the park, KEEP IT SLOW.
    - Parents are responsible for the whereabouts, safety, and conduct of their children at all times.
    - Each camper is responsible for daily clean-up and care of camping area. Garbage bags can be picked up at the main concession stand. Place trash in plastic bags in front of the site (pick up is at 9:00 AM)
    - Generators are permitted, however, if you have an excessively loud generator we ask that it be turned off during the early morning hours between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM as a courtesy to those camping around you.
    - Pets are welcome in campground ONLY and must be kept on a leash and kept quiet.
    - All persons entering the campground do so at their own risk.
    - All vehicles and RV’s entering the park must be insured.
    - Management is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss to either person or property.
    - Please keep fires contained. You must use a fire ring if you have a campfire. Fire rings are not provided.
    - All Campers must stop at Camping Registration located on the concrete boat ramp. Someone will show you where to park.
    - If you pre-paid for a campsite, please bring your receipt to Camping Registration.
    - Absolutely no refunds due to weather. No Exceptions.

  • Parking

    - Vehicle parking is free. Handicap parking is available near the General Admission gate.
    - A wagon/trailer will run through the parking and camping areas to give rides to/from the gates.

  • Gates

    - General Admission and Pit Gates open at 2PM on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
    - Each day grounds will be cleared and secured 1 hour before gate opening time. Please plan accordingly so that the gates may be opened as scheduled.
    - No propane heaters will be allowed inside the gates.

  • Seats

    - Stadium seats are not to exceed 18 inches in maximum width in the bleachers. No high backs are allowed. Please be considerate of those who are sitting around you. If you do not have room for your knees, then those behind you do not have.
    - No lawn chairs allowed.
    - Other than reserved seats, all seats are on a first come, first serve basis. You can mark off seats at your own risk, however, bleachers will be cleared each day before gates open. When gates open, you will be permitted to put things down, but we are not responsible for anything left in the stands.
    - Handicap Seating: We ask that the front row of the grandstands be left open for Handicap/Disabled persons.

  • Coolers

    - Only soft sided coolers (up to 12 inches) will be permitted in the grandstands.
    - No alcohol is permitted.
    - No glass bottles are allowed.

  • Alcohol

    - Alcohol is not sold at the track and cannot be brought inside the gates.

  • Will Call

    - Location: General Admission gate.
    - Hours:
    Wednesday, Oct 12th, 5:00-8:00PM
    Thursday, Oct 13th, 11:00AM - last race of the evening
    Friday, Oct 14th, 11:00AM - last race of the evening
    Saturday, Oct 15th, 11:00AM - Late Model Feature begins

    - Make sure to bring your Photo ID and Receipt/email Confirmation (you can show the email on a phone if you cannot print)
    - If you cannot find your email confirmation, please call Mindy at (740) 858-4972 or email tickets@thedtwc.com to have one resent.
    - The name on the receipt must match the Photo ID of the person picking up tickets.
    - If someone besides the name on the receipt will be picking up tickets, please call ahead to let us know. 740-858-4972 Mindy
    - If you purchased All Access Pit Passes, each person will need to come to the Will Call Window to sign the Pit Waiver form to get the armband. No pit armbands will be given out without a signature. Minor Forms will need to be completed for everyone under 18 getting a Pit Pass (even if one has already been completed in 2021).
